Growing up as a Catholic the image of the praying hands is everywhere, it's in everyone's house that i knew back when I was a kid and it still is. When I went to Iraq I got the idea to re-image and render this image to touch on the point of the greed and blood lust that drives some leaders to push for war. These are the hands of politicians and psychopaths out there that pray for war. The cross is replaced by a B-52 bomber with the beads being replaced by dropped bombs.
